I would like to know who's bright idea it was to double steal with France as the trailing runner earlier in the game? Whoever put that sign up should be drug tested before the the game is over. I know the team has beat the Yankees a couple games in a row and all but you can't do dumb crap like that.

Get em tomorrow. It's nice to have some hope going late into the game tonight for a change but it's dwindling quickly. But a week ago I wouldn't t have held much hope after 4 so that's something.

If anybody else is using Fubo, do you have the problems of occaisional reboots and most of the time Fubo is giving me at least a 30-40 second delay. Not feeling like Fubo is worth the monthly charge. :finger2:

Well, the Astros lost earlier and the Rangers are almost 100% going to lose their game as well so tonight’s loss is less painful without losing any standing in the division

I have never in 50 years of watching major league baseball seen a player go from stud to dud as quickly as what Julio Rodriguez has fallen

The Mariners could possibly be ruined as an organization over the investment they’ve made in this guy

I still believe 100% he's capable of doing much more. I think this organization has failed him in a big way. He needs tough love. Someone has to reach him and sit him down, move him down the lineup, fire him up to make winning all that counts.

He was on the radio a few weeks back on KJR where he said you know hey, people have to remember he's only 23. Reminds me of a lazy Cano TBH.

He could use a fiery veteran with a take no loss attitude to reach him.

And yes, I think there's a huge chance he doesn't find that drive until he leaves Seattle at some point because it's our culture that's the major problem. From the top down we only care about winning 54% of the time.

The Seattle Mariners are acquiring right-handed reliever Mike Baumann from the Baltimore Orioles for catcher Blake Hunt, sources tell Jeff Passan. Baumann, DFA'd a few days back, has been a solid reliever for the last two seasons. Hunt, 25, is OPSing .905 at AAA this year.

I am still thinking about going back to Fubo from Xfinity. The games I stream on xfinity are about 1-2 minutes behind. I hate it because I like to check on twitter during games but I forget and find out the play before it happens.

The Mariners put Jhonathan Diaz on the 40-man roster and then optioned him to Tacoma. He had an opt out in his minor league deal

There was zero reason to be surprised by yesterdays results, Servais put a complete shit bag of a lineup out there against one of the best teams in baseball. How long do we have to watch Julio fail in the two hole? Pathetic!

So no help now on the way to prevent the Mariners from running Cal into the ground.

He must have heard me, Julio is in the 6 hole today. This lineup looks like it has potential to produce stacking our hot hitters together, finally something that makes a little sense.

What bugs me about him is he seems to have a little too much fun losing. Yesterday he popped out to Judge then just smiled and laughed while running the bases.
His approach at the plate is horrible, just swing at EVERYTHING. He thinks he's Barry Bonds at the plate and can hit any pitch out of the park and it's not happening. You can visually see when guys are working on the problem at the plate, they swing less hard for more control and try to wait on their pitch and be selective but you just aren't seeing any of that from Julio.

In the long term I'm not too worried about this, he'll grow up a bit and mature but for here and now at this moment he looks a bit lost. I get that he's only 23 but not all 23 year olds are like this. He reminds me a lot of a young Arod but a lot more raw.

Now that I talked a little crap about Julio he'll probably hit 4 home runs today. Hopefully he makes me eat my words.

JP looks a step slow on defense.

Garver hitting that ball twice today like he doesn't want to hurt it.
