The ‘no-name’ offense got it done tonight

Exceptional job on the bump by Woo.

I hope he continues to do well. He throws a really deceptive. Heavy gets there in a hurry fast ball. It just seems real sneaky fast. That’s why hitters are struggling with it I guess.

But he puts so much torque and whip on his arm and shoulder. I just don’t see him having sustained success for years in the league. He’s bound to have arm trouble sooner or later.

Would you please predict the Stros will sweep the M's next week?

Thanks.
my full prediction was that they would win series against the a's and kc, and then lose both against the o's and yanks with a sweep from one of those teams, so 2 games over .500 by the time all 4 series were done.

glad to see these wins, but if the yanks "somehow" win the next 2, that'll mean i was off by a total of 1 game.

not sure i want to tempt fate, sorry. i want to see this keep going as much as anybody.

Even in victory last night I can't help but being baffled at the continued head scratcher moves by Servais on a nightly basis. Why does everything have to be in constant flux when it's going good, but someone like Julio who is non existent at the plate remains the constant? This team continues to win despite Servais and it just keeps the wool over the eyes of reality. I have the lack of consistency of our role players placements in the field and lineup, the continued mismanaged pitching staff, and the stubbornness to aid Julios ego leaving a dark hole in the two spot. There were plenty of annoying head scratch moves in last nights game, but one that stood out was pulling Canzone for Haniger late in the game as we were protecting a tight lead. Canzone had two awesome diving catches in the game but we pull the defensive glove in the field for a bat that isn't anything special at the moment in Haniger? What the hell is this dude doing managing this team!?!

Got to admit, I expected Raley to be a failure and I was hoping they would finally part ways with Moore this winter. Raley didn't do shit from June on last year and I fully expected that to carry over this year. And at bats seemed to be wasted on Dylan Moore for the last three years. I'm happy to be wrong about both players this year. Hopefully they each can sustain their success over the last 2/3rds of the season.

I hope so too because if this team wants any shot at the playoffs both those guys have to keep performing.

The Mariners put Jhonathan Diaz on the 40-man roster and then optioned him to Tacoma. He had an opt out in his minor league deal

Servais is an idiot! Lets not play our hottest bat and fill the lineup full of duds. Man I can't stand him.
Hey! Don't talk shit about our mastermind!!! Sorry, I ended a good laugh. :pound::pound::pound:

Back to the lineup with 4 guys hitting under .200. Let's see how that plays out.

50 games in and still we have some of the weakest hitting in the league.
