I trust the sewer there to be with less crap than today's lineup.

The Mariners load the bases with two outs in the 4th inning, but Sam Haggerty flew out to Michael Harris II in the left-center gap to keep the score at 5-0.Seattle has a .768 OPS with the bases loaded this year, but their 15 RBIs in such situations are tied for 10th-fewest.

No Haniger fucked up twice in the outfield in the same inning for 4 runs. A drop on an easy catch near the foul line for out 2 wit nobody on then a drop hitting the wall scoring runs. If he gets back it is a catch without the wall but his bad judgement and slow makeup speed created a difficult try.

They left 4 on the last two innings. Had chances but no clutch hitting. Bad defense early. 'B' lineup. All add up to a loss which they tend to do when going fro a sweep. I guess they are just satisfied with the series. Oh well.

My only issue is what I said above. I hate when they throw out the 'B' team for a sweep. Save the 'B' team for the shitty teams.

yes, I completely agree. I just watched the game highlights on MLB channel this morning.

He was personally responsible for three runs defensively by booting two balls that he should’ve made plays on, and potentially another run or more offensively at the plate by leaving runners in scoring position.

Absolutely liability in the field

They have the pitching to win in the mid to high 80s even with their defensive and batting issues, but if they fail to use some solid trades it's likely to fall short. Hell, they might not be able to afford to wait until the end of the trade deadline. They have to be aggressive if they care at all about being in contention for the post season. And to not do so would be a crime to waste this rotation.
