I hate to do this because he shouldn't have to face the comparison, but he really does remind me of TO. Mild mannered, but you can tell 1. he really knows the game and 2. he loves doing what he's doing. It's really refreshing to have a coach at the podium who appears to actually want to be there.

His personality and temperament seem to be a perfect fit. Just need to win at a high level and he'll be looked at as the third coming of the football savior.

I just realized that there is no way I would have ever been able to pick maliek collins out of a lineup without pads and a helmet on. I don't know that I've ever seen him speak to the media before.
