No. It was a non-HOFer, but he was a position player

Edit: Oops, my bad. I typed the question wrong originally. It should have said team leader for Position Players. Sorry, I gotta stop getting these questions from MSKing's dad........
You really should move on from doing that…

Actually I got the question from a quiz I took that had the leaders of all the teams for that decade. Some were obvious but other ones were kind of tough.
Here's another question: 3 players had the top WAR for 2 different teams in the 90's. Name them.

Speaking of the old man, got another from him (I think it’s legit)

Who has the most career home runs, RBI, runs scored, and most total bases in World Series games?

You never specified, but I assume my hidden answer to your Red Sox question was correct?

Sorry I should have specified it was not Vaughn. The answer to that one was John Valentin with 32.3 WAR in the 90's

Hint: The other guy who was team leader for 2 teams in the 90's was not Rickey, but he played on two teams with Rickey. (at least I think he did, I can't remember all the guys who played with Rickey, and neither can Rickey)

True. Anyway, the answer was John Olerud, the guy that wore a batting helmet in the field.
I wouldn’t have thought him for either the Mutts nor the Jays. I thought MAYBE Robby or McGriff or Cart for the Jays and probably Piazza for the Mutts.
