It was pretty weird that all 4 of the guys to accomplish that single season feat ended up having such great careers. So I guess the lesson is, if a guy goes for 5 hits 4 times in a season you should immediately sign him long term cause you know they're getting at least 3,000 hits.Ok, he was “the man”
