Jeff Kent?Nope. Hint. One of the teams was the Astros, who were in the NL at the time.
No surprise, Babe Ruth lead his league in home runs more times than anyone in history (12 times)
Who is second in that achievement, with 8 times?
no, decent guess thoughKiner?

I feel like he's an underrated superstar. Like possible top 15 all time player who no one really talks about that way.Michael Jack Schmidt
Yeah we got into that recently in another thread. I always thought of him as one of the Most Valuable Players of his era because he was so good on defense and could carry a team offensively by hitting home runs at a time when not everybody was hitting them. This is my favorite MVP seasonI feel like he's an underrated superstar. Like possible top 15 all time player who no one really talks about that way.
Looked it up, good one. 3 dudes and a randoName the 4 active players who have hit for the cycle multiple times.
Hint- the cycle is kind of a random feat but these are all very good players. One or more could even end up in the hall of fame some day.
Le Grand Orange was his nickname in Montreal.I think that's right but I don't remember that particular nickname
Correction 4 dudesLooked it up, good one. 3 dudes and a rando
Freeman and Yelich are correctSome guesses..... Yelich, Acuna, Freddie Freeman, or Mookie Betts?
Since no one is biting I'll add the other 2: Trea Turner and Nolan ArenadoFreeman and Yelich are correct
Yeah I was surprised at how many really good/great players were on the all-time list. Dimaggio, Gehrig,Klein, George Brett, and of course the legendary Brock Holt.Since no one is biting I'll add the other 2: Trea Turner and Nolan Arenado
Good one
But there are many more legends who don't even have one, it's pretty random.Yeah I was surprised at how many really good/great players were on the all-time list. Dimaggio, Gehrig,Klein, George Brett, and of course the legendary Brock Holt.
That's true. And to do it twice there's a better chance that you played for a while. The list of guys that did it once includes a good amount of Randos. But there are many more legends who don't even have one, it's pretty random.
