I wonder if there was something with the stadium in Atlanta that year. Evans hit 40 and Aaron hit 40 in 392 PA at age 39. Even so it's a huge outlier for Davey.

You're right. Semien has played most of his time at SS. He just lost eligibility in fantasy leagues there this year. I guess the Rangers figure Seager is a decent replacement for him there.
