*Another wasted effort by our D tonite and Roquan Smith in particular. I thought the secondary played too soft, altho that can also be attributed to Pagano's game plan.
*Foles is not the answer. Trubisky is not the answer. We need to use our 1st pick on the OL, but I'm beginning to fear that it will be used on a QB.
*For a change I'm not faulting the shit offense on the OL, at least not primarily.
*Speaking of wasted efforts, it's a shame we can't celebrate and enjoy that dramatic opening return from Patterson for a TD to start the 3rd quarter.

Nah. If we would have improved, even slowly, on offense as time went on with Foles where there was light at the end of the tunnel and offered ARob a contract offseason we’d have a good chance...but none of that happened. We got Robert Quinn though so....yeah.

I applaud your positivity, but in reality, when the Bears and Arob cut off negotiations way back in the first few weeks of the season, that pretty much signaled there would be no extension. Not blaming either side. The Bears made a fair offer, but not an outstanding one. Robinson and his agent obviously feel they can do better on the open market. The only possible mystery left is whether the Bears invoke the franchise tag, and I'm not even sure it can be applied in Arob's case.
