Brees Watch:
7 Drives: 20/32 for 275 Yards - 30 yards to break the record!
Go Brees! - C'mon Atlanta!

wouldn't that lower his passing yards?
:pops:
I'll probably have to wear an adult diaper if we play the Saints in the playoffs......I'll be pissin my pants every time Brees drops back.

Sacks count against rushing yards, if memory serves me.
gasp a sage!
Actually, '71 they do go against [gross] passing yards. You will sometimes see passing stats listing as "passing yards" and then as "net passing yards", which are passing yards minus sack yardage.
However, true statisticians ignore "net passing yards" due to the fact that "net passing yards" have no denominator.
Ha ha...is that a bad thing?
Okay....let me try again. Do they count against rushing yards in college? For some reason, I'm certain I've heard that somewhere before. Maybe I'm just high.
Thanks MW'
It's a good thing the Saints are winning, I was getting ready to burn Calamity at the stake for being a gypsy witch.
That sounds familiar '71 - I think you might be right about that...
