Unfortunately, they have other problems to solve. Signing Judge would not be the answer.Their #1 focus and maybe only focus is Judge

I agree. With him, they are a contending team, but he is not the only thing they need.Might not be the answer to all their issues, but letting him walk will open up a shit ton more.
They're basically a 3rd or 4th place team in their division without him.

that outfield would become a real issue. your best outfielder would be Benintendi. Not that he's a bad player by any means, but he's a corner OF with a career 109 OPS+.
Yeah, if I'm Cleveland I wouldn't do that. They got 3 young starters that already proved they are good and they're under team control for a few more years. Why trade one away? I'd look for a free agent catcher. If they want all that for Murphy the Guardians should tell them to fuck off
Well they have Bo Naylor, one COULD be the next man up at catcher, but I would look at another option. The catcher position has been a major weak spot offensively the last couple yearsYeah, if I'm Cleveland I wouldn't do that. Yeah based on his minor league numbers Naylor looks like he'll be a good hitter. Maybe see if one of the free agents doesn't get much action and take a chance on him for a one year deal. (like Gary Sanchez or something). Then if Naylor is killing it in AAA bring him up.Well they have Bo Naylor, one COULD be the next man up at catcher, but I would look at another option.
