I'm guessing more Dodgers/Lakers/Cowboys merch kids wearing? Better not be any University of Puddles bullshit.
Cowboys eh, but it is random NFL and NBA teams. It makes sense that kids don’t care about the Sonics but IMO any kid in the PNW that doesn’t wear Durant or Klay Thompson gear has terrible parenting……though I’m a hypocrite cause my son and his friends love the Dolphins for some dumb reason.

Hmm, this might actually benefit the Mariners if they can free up Haniger’s contract. They needed to get rid of Hoerner but now their OF is super duper crowded. Hoerner and Bellinger seems really plausible now.

Well crap. Jerry might have the most valuable trade chip now and no one to deal with. I like Mayo and one the Orioles OF’s cause they are at least MLB experienced and blocked. But it’s laughable fan bases online thinking Castillo for prospects is a deal the M’s should make

I kind of understand that though. It frees up the money to get free agent bats. Now I am not talking young prospects. I am talking guys you mentioned. Ready to play tomorrow.

The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed former Milwaukee Brewers and Seattle Mariners pitcher Sam Carlson, he announced on his personal social media account on Friday.

The two I proposed while technically are still prospects they aren’t really. It isn’t a great plan but all of the “experts” say they have ceilings that aren’t available to the Mariners on the open market. Both could be duds but cheap duds.

So hear me out on this crazy 4 team deal, plus Seattle signs Walker immediately

-Seattle gets Mayo, Kjerstad, Hoerner
-Baltimore gets Castillo and toss in one of the Mariners prospects and a Cubs prospect and cash from the Yankees
-Yankees get Randy and Bellinger (preferably Haniger with say Locklear or insert a prospect)
-Cubs get one of the Yankees starters and Santos or Brash and a prospect.

Haven’t fully flushed it out and IMO is a big upgrade to the offense. And still gives you the ability to dream of Sasaki cause they’d still have Hancock as the 5 to do the 6 man rotation. No chance it will happen but I’m struggling mightily with a 3 team trade idea so said F it and went with a 4 team deal

That is a lot of moving parts. I think Yanks get off cheap. Fair for Seattle. Baltimore I could understand. Cubs would need a pretty good starter. Better than I could do.

“Somebody asked me, ‘Gleyber Torres to the Angels?’ I don’t think that’s happening,”MLB insider Jon Heyman said on Bleacher Report’s MLB Insider Notebook on Thursday. “At least not now. They did make him an offer. He declined the offer. I don’t think it was about the offer. If I know Gleyber Torres, I think most likely, he would prefer to be on the East Coast if he can, in Florida spring training. So I think that’s probably the reason behind that.”
