One day I'll get out there for a gameI have mentioned before that I went to Wrigley years back and that was a beer garden in the outfield but 100% a baseball place as well. Loved it. All of Wrigleyville was into their team. It was magical for a baseball fan.
Bobby Ayala bobblehead should kill the vibeI don't think so. They hand out enough bobbleheads and honor some random ex player and it will never die.
There's a couple of stadiums I'd like to hit upA must.
No 3 run lead was safeOkay that one made me laugh out loud...literally. I was around for that experience.
Surprisingly I haven't made it to Fenway considering I just hope on I-95 and go north.Me too when I was younger. Wrigley was my favorite. Dodgers was fun.
What's on your list?
They should have left him behind in some shit hole city.Ya when Charlton beats you out at 50 with paperclips holding his arm together, you know you were bad.
Nice. Ya Boston was on my list. When I got married my wife was in the Navy. We were both young. We put it for Boston but didn't get it so stayed in Cali for 4 years.Surprisingly I haven't made it to Fenway considering I just hope on I-95 and go north.
Cubby Land one day
PNC Park
Coors Field
Dodgers stadium
I hate all Pittsburgh sports but I've heard PNC Park is a good spot to watch a game.Nice. Ya Boston was on my list. When I got married my wife was in the Navy. We were both young. We put it for Boston but didn't get it so stayed in Cali for 4 years.
We wanted to go to Coors as well. Pretty much the same list other than PNC. Looks cool, but Pitt doesn't do much for me.
Only times in LA was on I-5. No desire to stop. Even Dodger Stadium was in an iffy area. Straight in, straight out.I hate all Pittsburgh sports but I've heard PNC Park is a good spot to watch a game.
If your wife got SoCal, that's not a bad consolation prize. I visited Cali for about 12hrs. Saw the under belly of LAX, a hotel and LAX the next day.
I never new that. Seemed like a nice place with the mountains in the backOnly times in LA was on I-5. No desire to stop. Even Dodger Stadium was in an iffy area. Straight in, straight out.
Interesting. Maybe Petco Park insteadChavez Ravine has an ugly history. A good read if you get bored.
I'd take their weather any day of the week. SD is a spot I'd like to visit. We lived in San Diego County and never went there. I screwed up on that one. Loved SD.
