Is the football coach freeing up some of his schedule to interview potential Chancellors and Presidents. Apparently, he is the go to guy in the hiring process. If he is not they have to be careful because if he doesn't like the new ones he will encourage his team to boycott again.
He put himself in a great position, he can never be fired. If he were to be fired his lawsuit would be based in the idea that he was fired because he stood up for civil rights and racial equality.

Pinkel pretty much says that it wasn't about getting the president fired, it was about supporting his team. I'm not surprised that a guy who got a shitfaced DWI cares more about his own interests than destroying another person's life.

Gary Pinkel is an awful human being. I hope Mizzou never accomplishes anything else for as long as he's coach.
