Did the Phin's open things up for a Jim Harbaugh return to the NFL in Miami?

Last time Miami had a HC for 4 straight seasons was Dave Wannstedt in 2000-2004

I thought Flores was one of the better coaches for them in recent years
I thought that they were going in the right direction. I feel like someone probably disagreed about the quarterback situation and whatever side Flores was on was the wrong one.

Certainly there best coach in the years Steven Ross has owned the team.
When Ross bought the Fins, they were coming of a division title. He fired the Coach Spaa series of decisions made by committeerano.
Ross' ownership has been marked by decisions made by committee.
He has tried to give Flores some space and it seemed to be working until Flores brought the team to 2 winning seasons.
Now it is time to meddle again.

I feel like if you're firing your coach who won most of his games its because you're getting ready to trade his starting QB

From what I'm hearing Flores couldn't get along with the GM and QB who probably wont be there anyway. I wonder if Flores got a call to interview for a new job before he got a chance to clean out his desk?

Yeah firing Flores comes as surprise as he had things going into the right direction. Makes me think Jim Harbaugh is getting hired. Ross tried to hire him once and now rumor has it Harbaugh is willing to return to the NFL.

Ross has to deny that.
Firing a black coach for no apparent reason and having a white replacement already lined up?
There will have to be some time go by before Ross "changes his mind"

He's already denied it. He said he's a Michigan man and won't be the one to take him from the Wolverines.
