The OSU writer is proving to be much less of a hack than McMurphy. He's now had to edit his report multiple times, and has also been put in his place twice by Courtney Smith's mom for blatantly lying. Why do you continue to ignore that?

I'm on my phone or I'd link, but I put up a post last night about that drama with her mother. It has hardly been proven he had lied. He backed up his source of her texts and I have not seen her responses to it.

From just a brief look, her mom doesn't appear to be the sharpest knife in the drawer and she is a hardcore OSU fan as well as a lousy mom. Hardly what I'd call credible.

If he's that bad, he WILL be exposed for it. Just let it play out.

Never even suggested Courtney is credible. Quite the contrary. Pretty much ALL of McMurphy's case is her word and 'evidence' she has supplied to him. Think I've been clear he's a hack and nothing in his article is proven fact. All I've said the other way is so far the overall case hasn't been proven false yet either. For sure it is possible she made up stuff and brought this out of malice toward her cheating husband. It's all possible at this point, just not proven.

Again, I'm sitting in the dealership waiting for my car so I'm not going to try to link things. McMurphy amended his story about her mom's texts and posted her daughter was given her phone and iPad in '14 to give to police to share her texts with Zack. That was his source of them.

And ffs, no I'm not saying that makes them real or valid. That's just where this back and forth bs is right now. It just isn't possible at this point to definitively say who is right and who is wrong or what is fact vs fiction. It's muddled as hell.

I will say this - if the report didn't exist, Vest would have said so. He hedged because he knew it was once in existence. My bet is it is the copy they gave to Courtney Smith and she shared it with McMurphy.

You are completely ignoring the link I posted that stated there were two reports one of which the police dept is not releasing and the police chief stating if there was a report out stating arrest it was a human error. Why do you keep acting like that means nothing? Because it doesn’t support your theory in this all?

It's remarkable that you're actually accusing me of being a conspiracy theorist, yet you ignore two police reports that I've linked and desperately cling to the supposed existence of a report that would give credit to the side that you so want to be right, even though not a single shred of evidence has been presented that says it exists.

Zach Smith is not going to incriminate himself for cycles of domestic abuse.
Urban Meyer and/or Gene Smith are not going to incriminate themselves for any influence they may have had in covering for Zach Smith.
The Powell PD are not going to incriminate themselves in being influenced.

TBH, it doesn't mean anything more than the claims McMurphy made shit up. Claiming it is factual it exists is at least a stretch at this point as until it is physically out there it isn't a fact. We have alternative sites claiming the police chief isn't letting copies of the original out, but has any so-called main stream site verified that?

So much of his articles are coming directly from Courtney who is at least suspect and biased based on her own language out there. We know McMurphy didn't reach out to the school, nor other officials before breaking this. And there are elements of her initial story that McMurphy has since had to go back and edit which is kind of proof you can't trust everything else this case is built off of.

There are very few verifiable 'facts' so far about anything. That's why it makes more sense to not try and sleuth this shit out based off sketchy bullshit on every blog/site out there trying to get clicks for kicks.
