I've never said she's a crazy drunken lying c*nt. I've said if the report yesterday is true, then she's a vindictive c*nt, and I don't know how you'd argue with that.

I've stated several times that I think the truth is both of them are absolutely batshit crazy and both are at fault. I think he was a loose cannon who didn't control his temper, and I think she instigated a lot of things and had some temper issues of her own.

Gene Smith is a POS and I've thought that since long before this happened.

Urban did know something, and he reported it in 2015, as he said. However, if that turns out to be a lie and they can prove he knew and didn't report it as he said, he should be fired.

Do you deny that Urb's mentor (2nd only to his very father) is Earl Bruce? That Zach Smith is Earl Bruce's grandson? That Zach Smith is like a son to the Meyers? That makes perfect sense. The post I replied to stated she was in 'clear and imminent danger'. So far I havent seen anything that shows that is true.

Yeah, the post you responded was technically correct. Basically, if she tells the judge that she believes she's in clear and imminent danger, that's enough to get an order of protection.

At least, that's what I was told when I helped one of the daughters get one against her ex. He never actually touched her, but she said she thought he might and that's pretty much all it took.

Funny story, in California, pretty much anyone other than the victim can serve the other person with the order. If the courts do it, you have to pay a fee. So, I offered to be the one to deliver it.

The judge laughed and said..."Yeah sure Dad. Then he'll be in here and I'll be issuing one against you. I think I'll have an officer of this court handle it". lol

He did waive the fee though since he wasn't really allowing anyone else to do it.

McMurphy should never got a job again after this debacle. He's already fucked up enough the way it is. If it does end up being true about what the mothers both said, he will have egg on his face the likes of which no journalist may have ever known.
