Everybody is at fault but the one guy closest to Zach Smith. The one guy who saw Zach as his own son, the one guy who had the most incentive (his mentor's grandson)and most power to keep Zach Smith gainfully employed.

She has to go find a real job. Per her lawyer she's focusing on getting a nursing degree. Heck of a time to start nursing school in your 30's.
