What an embarrassing game for both of us lol. And shame on me for not checking the injury reports this morning :L. Riddick's goose egg is a big ol' slap in the face to me.

My boy kept me up laaaaaaate last night... Slept right through my alarms this morning and even missed the entire first quarter of the PITvBUF game. :L

I had a whole plan to wake up and post some shit-talking at TKO prior to the game lol

So, barring a Monday night miracle or a stat correction, I am going to miss out on the playoffs partially because Face's kid kept him up all night. Gotta love fantasy football.

If the scores hold true, then TKO will clinch the Porthos division because both he and Bandit will lose and TKO has a better division record.

Steelers will clinch the Aramis division over Chef with his "win" and Chef's loss because he will have a better division record than Chef and not only that, but you guys are gonna love this, Steelers will also be the #1 seed with Treff and TKO both losing. So Steelers will have started the week clinging the wild card spot, he will score 49.6 points and move up to the #1 seed. Now that is some shit :finger:

Tlance still has a shot, but a slim one if Justin Tucker can put up at least 17 points against New England, otherwise even with the loss Treff will hold him off.

With that being said, there is a very good chance that of the six teams that had a shot at making the playoffs going into this week, the only guy that will win is the guy that scores 49.6 fucking points. UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, if any A leaguers are actually still reading this shit after the debacle of today just happened, OBXyankeefan has clinched the breakdown title in the B league and will therefore be joining the A league next year no matter what. Feel free to congratulate him once you talk yourselves off the ledge. LOL.

So I just updated the standings sheet based on what will most likely happen and some major changes took place because of Ram and Milk's weeks. If my calculations are correct (and lets face it, they usually are) if all of the scores hold true, both Ram and Milk will pass Face in the power rankings after this week. There really isn't much that can change it other than a score correction to give Face the win over Steelers, because that would be enough of a change in the win/loss power rankings to keep Face above Milk, but if the score holds up and you lose, you and Lefty will be the two teams moving down. So now staying up all night with a sick kid not only is going to keep me out of the playoffs, but it could get you relegated as well. And that's why being a parent sucks sometimes!! Now we will both be praying really hard for that score correction.

I would have to double check, but if memory serves correct, right now you would be tied with Tlance which gives you both 6.5 in standings power, so if he won that would move him to 7 and you to 6, and I believe losing that half a point would leave you tied with Face in total power at 10.0 and the first tie-breaker is breakdown, which he would hold, so yes Tlance winning would make a difference. This is the craziest last day of the regular season that I can remember.

So, if all holds true to form, my 2.5 pt loss last week to Fuzzy will be the one that killed me. .... oh well, barring 17pts from Tucker, I can take the thought that I beat the 3 time champion of this league both times head-to-head. Guess that's something. ...

@canesandfinsfanatic

going into this week the B' league had less than 200 points less than the A' league... With the A' league not having a great week this week, there is a good chance that the B' League out scores the A'league...

If that happens 4 teams get relegated??

that would be

1. Lefty
2. Face
3. Milk
4. Ram

???

Wow!!! this is getting crazier and crazier...

No, the B league has to outscore the A league by 168 points for that to happen. Besides, they are only about 93 points ahead of the A league for the week right now.

Regular Season Finale Recap (so sad)

I think if I were to sum up all of our fantasy football feelings right now, those that "made" the playoffs and those that didn't... it would look something like this.

giphy.gif

"...that'll end your precious little field trip!"

Leading off is the game of the week!

SP by a nose over Face - 49.6 to 49.2

Karma works in mysterious ways. That one yard loss to Chef waaaay back, comes back around with a three yard tip! Absolutely nothing from nobody! Here's where he gets his Pride though... another stellar DST stream. Too many to count, SP. Job well done. Finishes at 9-5
Face had real life issues run deep into the night. A brain fart/hiccup, left his roster without an RB2. This was however, out of nowhere, as Riddick had been Q-tagged all year. Needing only five yards, one of his Pats would have done and changed the #1/wild card game... not the worst part for Face, as it seems, he might have Barbarianed himself in doing so. Finishes at 6-8

Ram bakes Chef - 125.5 to 78
Where was this all year? One of the few rosters with mostly everyone drafted starting, they finally blow up. Too little too late? Maybe not, as the last couple weeks may have saved Ram from relegation. Nelson was a stud all year pretty much, and Hilton banged out more than enough top tier performances. Miller and Murray were late to the show though, as was Palmer if he isn't still on his way. Finishes at 5-9
Snow storms must have hit Chef's kitchen, as the heat hasn't been on for five weeks now. Is this Chef's calm before a storm of his own? He's got the running game for December, let's see if it pays off. It wasn't all Gronk before, so this collapse is bound to recede.... right? Finishes at 9-5

Milk spills Bandit - 114.7 to 85.6
When your kicker outscores your opponent's 19-0, chances are you're on your way to victory. The Milkian way was hit hard mid season, but a valiant effort to the finish line keeps his torch aflame. ODB was a "first round bust", but came through in the end to give a breathable cushion for tonight. Finsihes at 7-7
Bandit gets bit by the Freeman vs Coleman bug again. The Falcons DST go nuts on his bench and Rodgers doesn't finish his blowout. He didn't miss Manny this time, but Larry gives a dud. Olsen rebounds, but too little too late, as Bandit needed his services the last month or so and didn't get it. Finishes at 8-6

Fuzzy slugs Treff - 109.7 to 56.2
Great days from Brady, Hill and Eifert bring Fuzzy's season to a high note ending. Just another typical day for Fuzz, the only difference being he didn't run into a buzz saw! Not much else to say here, just a great season with incredible bad luck. Head high. Finishes at 6-8
Treff moonwalks into the playoffs just holding off a surging Tlance. The Fudpuckers must have thought this was a week 17 bridge game to the inevitable playoffs, as he got nothing here. Brees looking shaky. Dez goes minus. Shake it off boys. Treff will be hoping Shady continues to roll. Finishes at 8-6

Joe rings the bell on TKO - 108.6 to 71.4

Mr. Bell was two yards off the equivalent of 8 touchdowns.... nuff said. A big week, with Gordon going down early, as did VanceMD, with a dud from Crowder. Joe ends it off with a well deserved win, although it's hard to swallow the showing his defense put up this season. Glad to be of assistance, Joe! That should take your PA down a tad. Finishes at 5-9
TKO dragging himself on his ass into the playoffs after getting knocked to the canvas. A lot of flip flopping this week, more than usual. Some wrong decisions weren't the difference though, as Joe wasn't going down in this one. Cam gets a whopping 13.5 points in another stinker... but he actually lead the four "playoff" teams' starters (Ryan on the bench for SP). Interesting toe say the least... oops, did I say toe? Finishes at 8-6

Lefty dethrones Tlance - 82.9 to 77.9
A frustrating season for Lefty ends with a silver lining, as he can take pride in ending the champ's run. No thanks to Carr, or a week early feeling on Powell, but the job gets done. Injuries hit you at in-opportune times. I have no doubt you will be a fierce Barbarian. Finishes at 6-8
Tlance needed a couple more FG to get back in the (his) show, but came up short. The down fall here was the down fall of Booker. Still a great year for T, if not in the standings. Over 100 more than half the time, and can hold his head high with the #1 pick he bamboozled us with. Finishes at 7-7

Excellent job, men! (you know, the opposite of the Twins Ryan)

Now the wait for SP's choice...........

So as you can guess by TKO's recap, barring a scoring change in the Steelers v. Face game, the playoffs will look like this:

#1 Steelers wins the division tie-breaker over Chef because of better division record and he will be the only 9-5 division winner. Steelers will get to choose his opponent for the first round although I'm not exactly sure how he's going to make that decision considering the giant pile of shit everybody put up this week. The four playoff teams scored 78 (Chef), 71.4 (TKO), 56.2 (Treff), and 49.6 (Steelers) this week.

#2 Treff wins the division with Tlance's loss and limps to the finish line at 8-6 but has a one game better breakdown record than TKO

#3 TKO wins the division because of a better division record than Bandit with his and Bandit's losses and he limps to the finish line at 8-6

#4 Chef wins the wild card as the only 9-5 team. Talk about limping, he lost a couple of limbs on his way to the finish line with 5 straight losses.

Also, if anybody read my previous post, the two teams that will be relegated will be Lefty and Face after Ram and Milk had such impressive performances. Ram especially as he passed 4 teams in breakdown and 2 in points with his monster week.

In the B league it will break down like this:

#1 Haroldseattle 11-3 only team with that record and he will get to choose his first round opponent. As the #1 seed if either he or OBX wins the Super Bowl he will move up with OBX.

#2 Cheesehead 10-4 clinched the division with his win over OBX

#3 Shady 8-6 still won the division by two games even with his loss

#4 OBX 8-6 gets the wild card over Barilko because of the better breakdown record

I'll give you guys some more notes once the points standings are finalized as I am waiting for them tomorrow. Plus, right now, it's extremely difficult to do this missing the playoffs the way I did.
