This is gonna be my worst year of FF ever if I don't stop working and get down to some serious research!

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.

Put this on another post but probably belongs here. ...

Another topic - Since we are getting closer to draft, I'd like to throw this out there. In the past we had waiver picks based upon worse to first with a reset every week (I think that was the only option on CBS free). In two leagues I play in, the waiver order does not reset weekly - you go to the back until you work your way back to the front. Personally, I think that adds another layer of strategy as to when do I use that first pickup, where as now, if you get off to a bad start you can just grab the favor of the week every week until you hit and start winning. ..... This bunch is very active on the waiver wire so to think that you may get the backup to your stud RB who suddenly goes down while you're sitting in the 10 spot of waivers is just not going to happen.

Anyway, thought I'd put that out there since it is an option in ESPN.

No opposition to Lefty's suggestion from this corner.

I find it strange that that isn't the norm. I agree with Lefty's plea.

I love the rolling waiver option, and do that in all of my leagues where possible.

Resetting it each week is for rookies, imo. Works great for a league where the majority are non-competitive.

I like the fact that you have to use better judgement on who you snag from waivers when you don't just get the top pick again for being bad.
