Fun night-might be the last time the Raiders beat the Broncos. Also probably why Treff hasn't been invited back-bad luck and all. That was an awesome night. . Huge game for DMC, Janikowski tied the FG record, and my Raiders spanked the donkeys. Oh, yea, the company want half bad either

I hope you guys all saw this commercial at the All-Star game the other night as I thought it was great. I've never been the biggest Jeter fan, but this was a nice tribute.

Umm..no? I honestly don't get that feeling in the slightest. . With the possible exceptions of Buffalo and Carolina, I don't see a situation where a team is expecting their rookie to be anything more than the 3rd WR. and even in those cases I'm sure Mike Williams, Robert Woods, Jason Avant and Cotchery would beg to differ as well

my thoughts exactly. even with the rookie WR being the more talented one (which is often the case, and the reason for them being drafted in the first place) they don't just automatically get the starting role over the veteran WR. Most time they are worked into certain packages that don't have complex reads or route adjustments, at least for the beginning of the season. The A J Greens of the world are few and far between. Even Julio Jones had a quiet first half of his rookie year. And those were two of the better years by rookie WRs since Boldin/Moss.
