Pokey Reese

Fielded the final out of the 2004 ALCS and the last time he was on a major league field was the final out of Game 4 of that World Series.

He signed with Seattle in 2005 for more than a million dollars and never played a game for them. :L

Mauricio Dubon (Giants) and DJ Wilson (NBA) are high on my list of current players, but that's just because they went to the same high school I did.

Mike Mordecai. Sweet name (jewish beginning, asian ending) and a few memorable moments for the Braves.

A lot of Tigers fans would say Doug Fister. Only played 3 seasons there but his trade was the beginning of the end

He was pretty damn good from 2011-14

Randy Winn. I had a soft spot for the expansion Rays, he's been an unconditional favorite of mine since.

Lloyd Moseby. The Shaker was my first "favourite player" and was super underrated.

Does Pablo Sandoval count as mediocre? He is now, but he wasn't always. Anyway, him. Love that guy.

Chet Lemon same for me

Yep, Chet was similarly underrated. Guys that do everything well but do nothing spectacularly always get that (although Chet had a better career than Moseby did).

certainly one of the more aggressive baserunners I've seen. Pretty good fielder too

He played super aggressive and out of control. Frustrating but fun to watch. Especially on those 100 loss Nats teams.

Red Sox have been pretty aggressive on the basepaths the last few years. It's definitely had it's ups and downs...
