Have always thought he is such an egotistical prick. Former staff from collegiate ranks have indicated this as well.

For me, it's about Canada's schemes constantly stalling drives. Frustration builds and that removes that mojo from the equation. For the players, imagine hyping yourself up to play football for hours before kickoff only to roll out your offense that accumulates less than 10yds on 2-3 drives... That has to be incredibly frustrating to go through as a player.

Here's a thought... How about trying to go back to the vanilla preseason playbook and/or letting Kenny call the plays to get his mojo back? Or better yet, pretty sure anyone could just watch film on the good offenses in the league and steal plays from them... They really need to evolve the route concepts from JV high school level playcalling. More combo routes. And attack the seams. They have 2 great TEs they could take advantage of the seams with but rarely do. Stop shrinking your offense to 10yds & in window.

I don't like that play at all. Choosing to make a horizontal turn into a 2 on 1 situation that was guaranteed to see you stopped instead of getting another 3-5 yards upfield.

That and the constant handoffs with a defender already in the backfield. Again, I hate watching this offense.

I mean, for fucks sake, ARob was already beat, and he still went towards the defender.

/edit. Really ain't a single Brown blocked on this play anyway. Everyone was free to do whatever they wanted. I keep watching it and I keep finding more things to hate. I feel dirty.

If you look at the numbers when Ben and Mitch started they weren’t any better with Canada’s offense.
The only thing Ben had going for him he was a hof’er and could easily ignore him during situations.

His schemes are Mickey Mouse, high school crap that defenses predict and call out their plays.

Yes Pickett needs to learn but he needs the proper teacher and Canada is not it.

Trust us Canada’s offense has been driving us crazy for years. To make matters worse they teased us in the pre-season with some different play calling to just revert to the same crap.
