Tomlin isn't as good as they say. They just like his style.

He hasn't won a playoff game in 7 years. He's getting by on the reputation of going to those Superbowls early on.

Not winning more over the past decade when they had Roethisberger, Bell, Brown, Pouncey and Decastro all in their primes on offense does not reflect well on Tomlin's tenure.

You can’t overhaul an offense mid season. Best we can hope for is they stick to what works, and add wrinkles to put players in better position. Tailor it to what Kenny likes but for the love of Christ keep it from being predictable and stay away from jet sweeps.

That is my concern in bold. Yeah, they can't redo the whole offense now, but I would like to see just a little bit of what worked in pre-season used in the next couple of weeks.

How about trying a post pattern? It's an ancient play where the receiver runs deep and cuts towards the MIDDLE of the field.....they have the players to do it....opens up the whole field and presents a threat.....

I try to be optimistic, but i'm still not fond of Art 2. I fear that it took minority owners pressure before he decided a change needed to be made. But he has ignored them before, so maybe Art has decided to be a little more hands on.
