Mariota has a pop gun arm and this is the main reason he won't throw at the combine. He is a poor man's version of Tim Tebow.

I like Mariota and I was glad to see him win the Heisman. But enough with the adulation. I can hardly wait to see how this Ferrari looks after he starts getting bumped into by some tanks and Humvees. Chippy (or anybody else) can draw up all the plays they want to but they can't put a Starship Enterprise deflector shield around him.

He was a decent college QB but lacks the arm strength and durability to make an impact in the NFL.
