Aggressive baserunning pays off again
Kuma pitching the way we've come to expect. I'm not going to say anything else because every time I do things just go to shit.
Seager with an abysmal BA (that will change) and OPS+ (that will also change) and still has 17 RBI in 25 games.
What a great kid.
Fucking ridiculous. This is the most pathetic effort I've ever seen.
Dismissing any stat is reductive.Which is why I never really look into those... unless of course you have a track record of being horrific at the plate. What Seager is lacking in the BA and OPS department this season he makes them when it really matters with runners on and in scoring position.

Everything tends to even out over the course of a season when it comes to RISP. It's an anomaly for a player to have high numbers of RBI with a low BA or OPS+.
My point was that Seager is on track to have a good year because those stats (and others) have nowhere to go but up, and he's productive in spite of them being low. I don't think I was being ambiguous, but I guess maybe I was.
Jesus, Lee is slow as molasses...sorry, that's that play that I saw right as I was about to post this.
Actually, I was agreeing with everything you said and was just expanding on it a bit further for other to see. I got your point perfectly, so I wasn't calling you out directly.
