Ok, so you're at like Penn's landing. Quick cab ride away, unless there is a subway stop near by. Thats the cheaper option.

Yea especially if you two lovebirds will be splitting the cost, it will be about 5 bucks a piece compared 2 bucks for the subway.

ok, time to be serious. This game is less than 1 week away. I am in no way an orginizer, but a follower. What's the plan? Are we meeting before, during, after the game. Any ideas where to meet? I will have tickets for sly and 48 so we need an idea?

I might drive to New Haven on Saturday and stay overnight at a hotel there. For me to meet up with Jeff Sunday morning and leave at 9pm from there, I'd have to leave my house at 5am or so.

48 knows the area better. We def need to meet up before the game, and were def hanging out after the game. Lets meet up around noon-1 or so. Games at 3. Thats enough time to get acquainted and a nice buzz.

I'm seeing 11-2am on McFadden's website. That said, both bars are two bigger attractions for philly sports games. Chickie's is bigger. Both are very close. It's up to everyone else.

I think everyone might like Chickies. The tough part would be meeting up somewhere since these places can get crowded. You Bostonians are going to have to give us an idea of when you'll be here. Maybe meet up at a smaller place then head to a nicer joint?
