You're right, they did lose against the Bucks but they also HAVE won with Klay out on a couple of different occasions. And we won't know what they look like without Green until it happens. But I do know Warrior fans won't follow suite of Cavs fans -such as yourself- and use that as an excuse if they do lose.

And nobody but you and other Cavs' fans thought that group of 3 tier players would beat the Warriors last season.

When the person who started the thread said makes no sense. If Magic had said "since Kobe" -- it would have meant that Magic thought that Simmons is better all round than Lebron ... so one would have to go back to Kobe. But that would be a stretch. You can't draw any conclusion of what Magic thinks of Kobe vs. Lebron from what he said.


I've watched Simmons a few times -- I really like his game. He has a feel for the game that immediately jumps out -- different from any college player I remember in a long time. Hopefully he is shooting 100s of outside shots every day -- that will determine if he can become an all-time great. It was interesting to watch him vs. Labissiere (spelling?) -- it shows how scouts can really overrate someone. (Lab. was #2 recruit last year, I think) I do think Murray of Ky is a stud.

Not really because what Magic may have been referring to is that Lebron is the best all around player meaning that He is one of the few that can play any spot and still be really good at it. Here is the rub though where you fail to understand - while Lebron is a great all around player - he isn't better at closing games as Kobe, and he isn't as good at winning championships. While Lebron has good skills at everything, he doesn't have terrific skills at any one particular phase of the basketball that would put him into the category of greatness like Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and many others. Nice try though

He is literally better than kobe on every measurable statistic in the game from shooting, passing rebound, PER you name he is better at it

Kobe just happened to have better teams which doesn't say who is better individually but i guess that is all you have when he is worse at everything lol

Lebron had the better team in 4 of his 6 finals appearances and is 2-4 in the finals. That's all anyone needs to know about Lebron.
