Clearly a game we should have won. So many questionable decisions by the Lakers since Luke Walton was ejected. Why would they inbound that ball into the corner?! Even if Kuzma caught it cleanly what was he supposed to do???

Good news is Xrays came back negative on Ball's ankle. They're listing it as a sprain. I don't see a timetable for how long he'll be out though. He'll definitely miss Monday's game and with Rondo still out, I guess they'll have to call up Caruso again.

KCP 40 minutes 4-12, 0-7 from three. Man he has got to go. That quick 3 when we were up 3 was dumb. I hate losing games like this. This loss is on the players.

Fun game. I think they hold on and win if Lonzo doesn't get hurt. They showed a lot of heart and a lot fight, imo. But, as others said, they just don't have the "knowing how to close games" part down yet.

A couple of glaring errors that probably don't happen if Lonzo is in the game really hurt. Especially that 3 by KCP that was waaaaay too early in the shot clock.

I was shocked at how clutch they all were with 4th quarter free throw shooting, that was great to see and a possible sign that they are growing up.

Zub really was clutch at the line. He is really getting better as a player. He s still so young. I hope we keep him.

That defensive series at the end of the fourth was mystifying. Didn't understand why Gordon and Harden were allowed to shoot those threes when our defense earlier in the game was pretty good against both. Just a difficult game to understand. Onward we go.

With Harden, it was part of the defensive philosophy that had worked for the entire game. They were shadowing him so far to his right, that they were almost inviting him to drive to the hoop. It worked for much of the game. On that 3, it looked like the defender was doing the same, but was a step slow getting to him when he did that step back 3.

The one thing that I felt was a mistake was that earlier in the 4th, when Lance was on him, Harden struggled. Not sure why they switched to KCP. Maybe Lance was getting tired? I'm sure that defending Harden can wear a guy out.

For Gordon's shot, Ingram actually owned that mistake and said that he should have stepped around in front of Gordon to make him shoot over someone. Even at that, it was an awkward off balance shot that isn't going in 9 out of 10 times...this was just the 10th time. lol

At least Rondo should be back by the end of the week. Can't imagine them holding him out any longer (minus Monday) since he's cleared to practice fully.

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling that this game today is gonna get real ugly, real fast.

The Warriors already owe the Lakers an ass kicking for that Christmas Day game. But now we get to face them without Lebron, Rondo and Lonzo.
