Nice win. Kuzma's best game ever! Lakers are finally winning without Lebron. This will help long term for the franchise. The young guys know they can win without Lebron. Won with Lonzo and Ingram combining for 15 points.

I think the younguns have gotten it through their collective skulls that they are the future and they need to continue to do the things to win despite what goes on with the vets.

Hopefully so.

Time without Lebron and Luke getting on their ass re: effort and fight may be the best thing that could have happened to them.

Being without Lebron forces them to step up their games to try to pick up the slack.

Luke getting on their ass about effort and fight lets them know that vets being out isn't an acceptable excuse. Even if it's Lebron.

No one expects them to win every game or even most of the games that Lebron doesn't play...but effort and fight are expected every game.
