We won but Stephenson got just 3 minutes? Walton's subbing patterns suck.
He needs to be more consistent.Ingram with a great game......this is why some are so high on him.

Stephenson is a vet and plays defense, passes, rebounds and can score....and he was coming off a good game vs the Wolves where he had 14 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds. Playing him just 3 minutes is crazy.Sorry DJ, but this may be the biggest reach for criticizing Luke that I've seen.
They just went on the road and won the 2nd game of a back to back against a team that was 15-3 at home...
and you want to criticize Luke because a guy who is unlikely to be on the team past this season played 3 minutes?
This is a team of 2nd and 3rd year guys who are learning to play in the league.
They came out with a shit effort on Sunday, got their asses kicked and were called out by their coach for it. They responded with a much better effort and a nice win the very next night.
That's how it works with young teams. Especially when they are lacking the veteran leadership provided by guys like Lebron and Rondo.
You know as I do, he has not been consistent.Averaging 20ppg, 7rpg, and 5apg the last 5 and 20ppg and 6rpg the last 10.

Beasley got 9 minutes and he's not as versatile as Stephenson.
KCP got 21 minutes and he's unlikely to be on the team past this season. Heck, past the trade deadline.
Just pointing out his numbers over the last 5 and 10 game stretches.
Absolutely agree with this. They can do this. I am not ready to give up on ingram or Zo.That's a nice stretch of games, but we've seen this from him before, like at the end of last season. So I do tend to agree with @tomodach10 that he needs to be consistent. He and Lonzo are both going to have bad games from time to time, it's basketball, it happens. But the effort and fight has to be there all of the time.
Some of it is having to adjust his role with Lebron on the team. But with Lebron out, that's when he and Lonzo need to step up like they did last night.
Hopefully, the Knicks game was an anomaly for both he and Lonzo and they will continue to play like they did last night, even after Lebron comes back.
If they do, the Lakers have something. If they don't, they need to be moved.

Detroit comes to town tomorrow night. This should be a win but we get awfully lazy at home for some reason or another.
