NO isnt giving him up for what you weer offering.....NO isn't stupid.

Doesn't mean you go out there with your best offer first. If you can get away with giving less, you do.

In every negotiation, there is what one wants and what they are willing to settle for.

You'll never know what someone will settle for if you make your best offer right out of the gate.

Just as an example...what if they wanted Ingram, Ball, KCP and a first round pick...but would settle for Ball, KCP, Svi or Wagner and 2 first round picks?
