what were they advertised to be? Seems to me they are working. Are hospitalizations way down on the vaccinated? Are deaths way down on the vaccinated? The answer to both of those questions is yes, by a huge margin. now are the chances for breakthrough infections greater than what they thought? yes they are. But they absolutely have had a positive affect in the areas I mentioned above.

i guess i will have to go back to the PM's but they were advertised to prevent catching AND spreading of covid .

depends on if death and hospitalizations are important to you or not. Again the different standards have less to do with player safety and more to do with community safety. i.e., lets keep people out of the hospital and not overwhelm our heath care system. I won't argue the mandate portion because I disagree with government mandates on what do to with my body... but however, private industry can mandate what ever they want, and I can decide if I want to either visit their place of business or work for them. My choice.
