Sorry about that. Yesterday was bowling + my sister arrived from Cali + today my daughter and grandson came over. Most activity this house has had since Gandy's head broke into a sweat.

Anyway, the results weren't good.

Uh...err...I had the thermostat set at 81. I usually set it at 80, but I had been feeling a little cool. When I noticed, I jerked it down to 75.

Dabombizzle didn't really run that bad. He had a 65 speed figure. Polite Moxie on the other hand ran a 48. I didn't expect too much from her in a sprint, but 48? However, it's Polite Moxie. I probably just need to beat her.

There is always a chance they could turn out to be distance horses too. Second race for each will be a lot more telling though. First one s always a crap shoot.
