I am OK with the final picks but I wanted a coverage LB.

should've taken the better route runner and hands guy in slot WR KJ Hill than Cephus. jmo.

Cephus, I mean Joe or Bocephus, is still decent quality for that late.

Boise State WR, John Hightower, who has speed galore would've been worth the risk. He can have focus drops though and can miss on ball tracking so BQ grabbed the low floor guy.

With the way Stafford throws we have to have receivers that are unquestionable when it comes to catches. He just does not throw a very catch-able ball.

You'll enjoy these 41-38 losses.

It's gonna be exciting.

It'll be like watching recaps of Houston CFB team back in the late 80's when Ware was playing. run- n- shoot type from a scoring output.

I guess

or the weekly Big12 - Pac12 ………… defense not needed

I think Quintricia saved their jobs this weekend. We’re also catching Chicago and Green Bay in transitional free falls. Division will come down to Lions and Vikes. If Fatty P can get the D back in into the top 10 like two years ago, it’s on like Donkey Kong.

Terrible year to be a UDFA. No rookie camps for them to impress in.

I'd bet my last dollar they played for Millen, Marinelli and the "NFL," just not for Detroit.
I dont know what that means.

They got Millen fired a month into the season. Not a lot of them moved on to greener pastures either. Stanton made some money to practice. And Manny Ramirez fumbled away a Super Bowl. But that team was the end of the road for a lot of guys. And the furthest Calvin Johnson would ever be from quitting.

he ain't working miracles with that FA and Draft and previous holdovers on the defensive side.

Hell, there might be only 6-8 games played if this covid-19 comes full force in October. Players are bound to get it even if stadiums go empty.

Dave Birkett's grades: Detroit Lions' 2020 NFL draft class still has one 'F'

Round 5: WR Quintez Cephus, Wisconsin (No. 166 overall): Cephus was a productive receiver in the Big Ten and someone Okudah called his toughest cover. That counts for something. But he ran the slowest 40-yard dash among receivers at the combine and he was accused and acquitted of two counts of sexual assault in college. Given the Lions history, and the number of receivers in this draft class, that doesn't seem like the best choice. Grade: F

It's now or never: Bob Quinn, Detroit Lions can't let 2020 NFL draft class go to waste

“If you had to draw up a corner, he’s what they look like. And most guys who look like that don’t move like him,” Boston College coach Jeff Hafley, Okudah’s defensive coordinator last season at Ohio State and a former NFL secondary coach with the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, told me Friday. “Take away all that, you’re getting a kid who wants to be the best. And I’ve been around a lot of good ones, and the difference between those guys and just the ordinary guys are their mindset. And Jeff’s got that mindset.”

Hafley coached both Darrelle Revis and Richard Sherman at points of their careers, and he said Okudah’s approach to the game is on par with those future Hall-of-Famers.
