Rob you can say that about Suh looking at a five-year snapshot. Mainly because he has five years in the NFL but if you look back and say four years three years two years he does not lead all those major categories, he leads some of them not all of them for chrissake one year Fairley had more sacks than him.
It is like me saying Peyton Manning leads all major categories for quarterbacks since 1998 No shit...the fucker has been in the league since 1998.

He is the best defensive tackle in the NFL I give you that, but at times in the last five years those stats did not show he was the best in the league as you keep referring to as the benchmark for him being the best.

Defensive tackles exist to suck up offensive linemen and penetrate the run. Sacks are a dumb category to judge defensive tackles with. When a defensive tackle makes the entire defense better like suh did, I will take notice. Fairley never did that...

I know you are just trolling now, as Suh couldn't hold Watt's jock strap. If Suh was as productive as Watt -- Detroit wouldn't have let him walk away with nothing in return. Fans would be rioting if they let a generational talent like Watt walk. Suh is one of the best defensive tackles -- Watt IS the best defensive player. It is why twice in the last 3 years, he has been named as such.

Lol, they play different positions. Much different.

It's up there for me too.

Ahead of thndr's wing adventure for sure.

Definitely more concerned about thunders wing adventure and the eckersley thing. I hate that bell fumbles but at a position that I definitely think is almost always a product of the offensive line, RB doesnt concern me much. Running game, hell yeah. Rb no.

Put Bell on the Cowboys, he's still got bad hands and unimpressive speed. We could use three first rounders on Olineman and he'd still not produce like a starter.

Now.... if we trail by three scores in the 4th most games, like a few years ago, he'll get some easy yards against umbrella D's and make it seem like he's worthy of keeping around.

Hope that doesn't happen. Again.

Hes economical and will do adequately sharing the workload if the lions do something about their crap oline. . I dont expect him to be the lions number one starter all of next season and realize the position does need addressing, but I dont think he is the biggest concern this offseason. Put gurley or coleman on the lions and they will suck with that offensive line. If the oline isnt addressed, it wont matter.

And it took Suh 5 years to finally be a part of a top 10 defense. Coincidentally, it was the year Austin arrived. Suh didn't make the D top notch his first 4 years here.

Lifetime avatar bet. Dolphins finish with more wins than the Lions. Agree?

Which is what I always give Suh credit for I'm just tired of hearing that he led the NFL in all major categories the last five years, if stats do not mean anything then stop saying it as you notice Rob rated your post a winner yet he still relies on the stats that apparently do not mean anything.
So I'll say this one more time for you and Rob. Suh is the best defense of tackle in the league in the last five years, but the only reason he leads the stats for five years is because he played five years there are other guys that lead those major categories in year four yearthree year two year one.
I'm not discrediting Suh. I'm discrediting Rob's argument

No, you're doing your best to fit in w the Rainbros.

Not my argument, buddy. ESPN reported it, CBS reported it, NFL network reported it. It's found in almost every article about Suh during FA.

I just repeated it on this board, and you Rainbros have been losing your shit since. Not because it's about Suh. Just cause Swarm said it.

Ndamukong Suh's record-setting deal with Dolphins: 5 things to know - CBSSports.com

In his five seasons, Suh has totaled 239 tackles and 36 sacks. Both of those figures are the highest among defensive tackles during that time. Suh was the Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 and was also named to the Pro Bowl in 2010, '12, '13 and '14. He has been named first-team All-Pro by the Associated Press three times (2010, '13, '14) and second-team All-Pro once (2012).

Rob I take solace in the fact that if Miami has any success I will still be happier than you Smitty or Fog could ever be. As I could finally get even with my mom for making me cry when Riggo broke the to outside and broke my hopes of Dolphin SB win.

For almost every single issue you slam the Lions FO over I can show you just how scary these franchises mirror each other. Whether it be busted picks, terrible trades or trading up for a busted 3rd over all pick. To Mike Pouncey being the only player left of his draft class. Pat White another bust. GM taking risk on a player (Incognito) which inturn got rid of another terrible pick in Martin. Millen = Ireland sucked so bad the new guy can only look better. Missing out on there GM to settle for Hickey and then turn around the following year to hire Tannenbaum to see over him and speak a bunch a fluff to reporters to not say they fucked up. Sound like Whiz to you??? Sure does to me.
Both are franchises are in shambles. Neither can beat winning teams or their division rival at home.
You can spout that rainbro shit all you want. You have not a fucking clue about this new team you supposedly like. When Suh is gone I will still be around while you leave them.

False. Dolphins have won 6 games vs winning teams over the past 3 years to the Lions 2.

I know Miami way better than you ever have, or ever will.

Lol, they play different positions. Much different.

Actually -- Houston plays both a 3-4 and a 4-3 front. When they line up in a 4-3 -- Watt is lined up exactly where Suh does. This is why I said -- in the 1st of the two 20 sack seasons he has had in the last 3 years -- 12 of those sacks came when he lined up as a DT in a 4-3.

So while I agree they do play different positions at times, as Houston changes fronts, when they move to the 4-3 -- he, in fact, does play the same position as Suh.

As a matter of fact -- he was voted in as a 1st team All-Pro DE AND 2nd team all-pro DT (even though he only played limited snaps at the position) by the associated press this past year.

Just remember to not have one fucking excuse if the Dolphins do not have a top ranked defense and the best rush defense in the league. You have set the bar so high, it is playoff WIN(s)or bust...as a one done is useless to you. No comfort in reaching the playoffs to just lose right? Then also remember, if and when the Dolphins win. I am still smiling bigger than you. You might get somebody's goat here on that. Sure as hell will not be mine, and I fucking love that!!!!
