SPECULATION! SPECULATION! SPECULATION!

But really, no idea why he's there.

Dropping this in here: Dan Blysma isn't that great of a coach. There. I said it.

Hahahha, it never would. Management is pretty high on Dan, and his players love him. I just happen to think that he's gotten his ass handed too him (in a coaching light) too often. Also, I've never seen a team make FEWER adjustments. You know how some guys are too negative all the time (why hell Therrien), he just may be too positive sometimes. I love him as a person, he's awesome, just starting to think he's a bad coach. Exhibit A: how he's handling Simon "I don't play" Despres' development. Exhibit B: VOKOUN IS STARTING IN MONTREAL. WHY.

Anyyyyywayyyy...#LindyToPittsburgh here we go.

If the Penguins are stupid enough to fire Bylsma he won't be looking for a head coaching position for very long. Heck, I'd send a limo to the airport myself to pick Bylsma up if the Isles were to hire him. Yeah I know Bylsma is too smart to even consider taking the Isles job. What was I thinking?:L

In a way, you just described Peter Laviolette...

All coaches do have a shelf life, though. Sooner or later they all wind up in the coaching graveyard.

Hahah, considering how many times the Isles have outdone him, I doubt he'd ignore their call. And I don't believe for one moment he's even been considered on the hotseat, just mentioning some of his shortcomings.

Except that Lavvy is the one who has kicked Dan's ass...that was a messy playoff series, sure, but Lavvy out-coached him.

I have a hard time spelling Airin.

Hahahah, I'll take that one, just don't spell it the "male" way. That's always bothered me for some reason. Although I HAVE seen men with the ER spelling.

I'll tell you what how about we trade coaches? I know the Penguins have plenty of talent, but I think Jack Capuano could coach them to last place in the East with ease.

Hahah, I dunno, sometimes I tend to think the Pens are able to win in spite of their coaches at times. Obviously that's just me looking for an excuse when they lose, but the thought crosses my mind. I just think they need a good cerebral guy involved. Doesn't have to be the head coach either, but they need a Scotty Bowman type character. Of course, who DOESN'T need a Scotty Bowman.

I actually think Cappy's assistant coaches have more respect from players & refs than he does. Weight coaches the powerplay. Without the Isles wouldn't have a single win this year. All I want is a head coach who's been their done that at the NHL level. Somebody who isn't going to allow the players to sleepwalk through the season.

And proceeded to get out-coached by Pete Debeoer and refuse to adapt to the Devil's style of play.

Still like Lavy, but he was bad against NYD.

Maybe he secretly became a Pens fan in 2005 just like the majority of Pens fans now?

I hear he was spotted eating at BRGR, and the chick he is sitting with is wearing a Sabres shirt?

Yeah, honestly, never heard of BRGR before, but I haven't really been in town much in the past four years. Still incredibly random that he's in town. I'd say maybe he's just on a trip, but...to Pittsburgh? It's a nice place, but he's been there.
