Conner has yet to get into that rhythm after that 1st game, hence why he doesn't get more carries. I'm sure the carries would come more often if he was getting more than 1-3 yards per carry. It's all about how Conner starts.
Rushing in 1st quarter:
vs. Browns - 10 rushes, 22 yards
vs. Chiefs - 2 rushes , 0 yards
vs. Bucs - 4 rushes, 1 yard
vs. Ravens - 4 rushes, 8 yards
Rushing in 2nd quarter:
vs. Browns - 3 rushes, 24 yards
vs. Chiefs - 1 rush, 3 yards
vs. Bucs - 2 rushes, 8 yards
vs. Ravens - 2 rushes, 6 yards
There's two reasons why he doesn't get the ball more. Our defense can't stop opposing offenses and when he does get the ball, he hasn't been able to do anything with it the last 3 games.
