Not really. Just usual mantenance.
When I first heard that tracks were sprayed with polymers to prevent getting too much rain absorption, I wondered what this would do to the soil structure. Polymers can be used to make dirt like concrete. I assume it's not the same polymer?

Well churchill itself is still dirt…so they didnt change it. Turfway is synthetic. Love the track, ppl that run it stink

Honestly I have a hard time believing him... Bell has proven many times over the past 2 years that he is willing to say just about anything to stir things up & keep his name in the news.

My gut says he's full of shit.
