Jones has a bright future in the NFL and I rated him as the best QB in college football last year. In fact, I believe he is the best QB to enter the NFL since Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck.

I saw Russell Wilson at NC State and he started as a Freshman, in fact got a concussion against Clemson that year, but when I saw him I said he was the real deal then. And when I watched DJ play I said the same thing. Go back and watch his game against Notre Dame at South Bend and you can see his progressions-

Yes he's a rookie and yes he fumbled twice, but he had amnesia and worked in a couple of nice drives without that bothering him. He's already played with a bad OL when he was at Duke, but the kid has touch which is very hard to coach. I doubt he plays much this season though as long as Eli doesn't get hurt

Mahomes disagrees with you, Baker too. Goff might also along with Wentz if he stays healthy

Mahomes surprised me at how good a pro he's become but Jones has just as much arm talent.

What we learned from Thursday's preseason finales

8. Danny Dimes done did it again. Giants rookie quarterback Daniel Jonescapped off a near-perfect preseason with a lone perfect series on Thursday night, a 4-for-4, 47-yard showing that ended in a field goal. How quickly perceptions have changed around the sixth overall pick. From ridiculed selection in late April to heir apparent in late August, Jones finished the preseason having gone 29-for-34 for 416 yards, two touchdowns, three fumbles and no picks. Eli Manning is the quarterback of Big Blue past, present and near-future, but Jones' surprising summer staked a claim for an earlier entry than expected into the starting lineup.

Jones starting by week 5 or 6 right?
As long as he doesn't start week 1. :hope:

Young upstart QB's always have their best game against Dallas. Probably because they all grew up dreaming about wearing the Star one day.
