This is just nuts. deGrom broke a 108-year old record with his 26th consecutive start allowing 3 runs or fewer. And he's 8-9.

It's amazing really.
deGrom has mad 5 starts against the Braves. He's allowed 4 runs in 33 innings against them, and the only reason he isn't averaging more innings per start is because he had leave in the 4th inning of a game that had shutout written all over it because he tweaked something. Team is 0-5 in those starts. How is that possible?
