This should be a daily ritual for everyone. You head into a series at home, leading the division by 1.5 games with your two aces going the first two games against a guy making his MLB debut, and a guy that is basically still a rookie. You exit the series trailing in the division by 1.5 games. You got outscored 21-2 in the series. You got shutout the final two games of the series, and came within 7 outs of being no hit by a soft tosser in the series finale. And Noah Syndergaard has still never beaten the Braves. The Mets haven't won back to back games since April 10th-11th Basically their entire offense qualifies for social security. And this Matt Harvey situation is gonna get ugly in a hurry, but the bad thing is, his replacement allowed 6 earned runs in 4.2 innings today and LOWERED his ERA by nearly 5 runs. But, Harvey did allow 5 runs in less than 2 innings of relief today as well, so he does have that going for him.
