The predicament for the Mets is they need to blow it up but I have absolutely zero faith in Alderson to orchestrate that. Bruce, Cespedes, Cabrera, Any pitcher not named deGrom or Syndergaard, trade em.

When Jose Reyes is still on your roster, you have nothing in the farm system.....I'd try to move Mr Met and that bullpen cart they used to have....The old school one with the bats holding up the hat.....

They have one of the worst farm systems in baseball. deGrom and Syndergaard are special talents, and trading them would suck, but if you're gonna rebuild, don't half ass it, because they're not getting any top prospects for anyone else on their roster.

When you're entire roster is past its prime, not producing and injury prone, with some said past their prime, injury prone players being paid big money for multiple years, you're not gonna get much in return for them.
