If he decides he wants out and/or the Blazers decide to move him, the first thing they'll have to do is accept that they aren't going get full value for him...then they'll likely still have to get a 3rd team involved.

That is hard to find but doable….no team comes off the top of my head that can offer all that. If Lillard were to force his way out is probably the only way that sort of trade happens…Harden kind of deal. A ton of picks (3 or 4 team deal) with a veteran and couple young players.
