Battier avg'd 6.6 per game and shot 43 pct from 3 pt line
Lewis avg'd 5.5 pts per game and shot 38.9 from 3 pt line..

Get that 23 pts per game from 3 bench players alone...And that's not counting Coles, Haslem or Mike miller..

Seriously, how are these guys (look at contributions and ability) not better... You claim Ray Allen is old, but he's in great shape lead the Heat in 4th quarter scoring most if not all year... Battier is a defensive beast and a knock down shooter as is Chalmers... I mean look up and down this team and you see a bunch of guys who were offered more money but took less to be on this team...the Lakers lost a guy like Trevor Ariza for money... Shannon Brown... Ring a bell... Those guys aren't good enough to get minutes on the Heat...who would Luc Longley start over or Bill Wennington...? Who would Kerr Paxson or Armstrong start over...? Who would Brian Shaw start over...? Who would the old Horace Grant or Rick Fox start over...? Derek Fisher Ron Harper start over...? Now remember the ability and skill each player had and where these Heat ayers stand...
