What would happen in the age of twitter if Magic missed 2 free throws up 2-1 in game 4 at home as he did in the first finals with Boston.

Can you imagine if Lebron in any of his NBA finals?

I don't usually agree with Broussard but he is dead on here.

He choked in Game 2 and Game 4. Some bonehead plays for sure. What a great, competitive, hard fought series. Some tough teams. In a way I wish the NBA was still this way but I know in the back of my mind it would be absolutely out-of-control if it was.

Just a few things I learned from that 30 for 30-

Minus some differences, the Warriors are more like those Showtime Lakers than I ever realized.

The people who say the Cavs/Warriors dominance over the league is just like Boston/LA are flat wrong.

Magic is criminally underrated

And lastly, after watching the inside of what went on in 84 Finals, I take back everything I've said about any other Finals being the best Finals in NBA history

Magic underrated??? He is a top 3 player of all-time. Nothing is underrated about that and he isnt overrated either.

Well, certainly not by you, but it seems like he tends to get overlooked when we get into these GOAT discussions. Everyone does recognize him as the legend that he is however

Those Boston/Philly series were good stuff also. For Boston to come back from a 3-1 deficit in b2b years was impressive. Too bad they could not seal the deal the 2nd time around

That's what I wish Cleveland or GS had. A legitimate competitive/hated team to compete against in their conferences

Between that and getting his coach fired, I'm 99% sure he would be destroyed on debate shows and Twitter if they existed in the 80s.

"This guy thinks he's gonna be a winner like Bill Russell? All he does is choke games away. Can't win championships with drama loving point guards"

lol, Magic getting swept in the Finals and playing absolutely terrible.

Magic getting his coach fired, Magic ditching his teammate to do butt sex with Jerry Buss, lmao.

Hilarious how people forget stuff like this (including me)

Funny how all these great players had all these hardships, and no one remembers.

I'm sure LeBron will be remembered greatly in 15-20 years, he's a role model off the court and on the court besides the '11 Finals he's never really been a complete piece of shit bitch like Tragic I got HIV from gay butt sex and need to retire Johnson.

Magic was gay?

If his health hadn't forced him into early retirement, he would be a bigger part of those discussions IMO.
