Hill wanted more playing time. Last year in 20 min he averaged just under 10ppg and just over 7rpg. Add ten more minutes to his playing time next season and he's a solid 15/10 guy for us.

They were talking about it at the summer game. Randle not signed so can be traded. Is not playing even thought he is cleared medically and can play with no contract. There is no reason to no have him play other than he is on the market for a trade. It was all speculation by the announcers but it made sense to me.

Randle isn't signed for the same reason nobody else was signed until 2 hours ago.

Now they're going apeshit. Mitch isn't going to introduce him to the press, hand him a jersey, only to trade his as before he an even take a shot for the purple and gold.

Yeah, everything was just in a holding pattern until this Lebron/Melo stuff shook out. He'll get signed and stay...well unless we get a crazy deal for him, but I don't see that happening

Wiggins to LA for Randle who goes to Minn for Love. I can see that happening if Minn is down on Wiggins. Who knows.

But they were also saying it might be to save the Bird rights to Pau who might get a sign and trade offer and they need to be below the salary cap to do that sign and trade.

But then still Randle should be playing.

So Pau turned down a 2 year $40 mill offer from Lakers. It had a team option for year 2. Hill does have a team option for year 2 so basically a 1 year $9 mill deal

I love all the transactions the Lakers made today. I expect Monroe to be in town soon and I see us signing Xavier Henry and Ryan Kelly. Gasol is pretty much gone. Good to see Swaggy and Hill back in the fold and with multi-year deals. I love the Lin move and the first rounder next year when we had NOTHING! Great move.
