Last season, the HEAT swept the season-series, 2-0, and look to sweep the season-series in back-to-back seasons for the first time in the franchise’s history. Additionally, the HEAT has currently won five-straight games against the Lakers in Miami. Is Wade’s…. I will call it unexcused absences becoming a concern for the Heat? Of course it is a concern. But it is not acceptable or a surprise. He is a diva and always does this crap. I hope LBJ gets greedy in the offseason again and decides to leave for a team where he can play alongside a guy who will be out there every game no matter what , instead of playing along side some soft pussy bitch like Wade who likes to sit out games butthurt for no reason.

G.O. Greg Oden turning 26 today. As someone said in another board I was on - You dont have to be a Heat fan to want to see this kid do well the rest of his career. You would not be human otherwise.

Wade will more than likely suit up for this game. Much like Christmas day lebron will have 8-10 1st quarter points. Heat up 5 or so after a quarter. Then lebron will watch wade, bosh and rest of his all star team build up a double digit lead with him on bench.

I expect the Heat to come out interested tomorrow and play a complete game ( or at least 3/4 of one).

Why does Spo insist on playing Battier at the 4 spot? Why not move him to the 2 or 3 as a wing player, which is where he excels and then play Beasley or UD at the 4? And in games like against the Pacers or teams that have big 4s, Have LBJ play the 4 to guard them.

It is part of what I have been saying for his entire useless career as a Heat -- They overvalue him and overuse him and misuse him. He isnt a 4 and no matter what people say, that is exactly where the Heat use him no matter who else is on the court on either side. He hasnt been able to play defense since he left memphis. His is a subpar player and defender. He is useless. He shouldnt play unless its garbage time but the Heat overvalue him.

People get all worked up when someone wishes or says a guy should get injured - But fact of the matter is, the only way the Heat wont use Shane is if he is injured - otherwise, as usual they will leave him out there regardless of how much of a liability and disease he is to the team. So, if you want to see someone else in his place or in a lesser role, you better hope he gets injured because the love affair the Heat have with him blinds them so much that they dont see he is a liability and disease to the team.

The scrub comes out of the game, the Heat go on a run to get a big lead and Spo brings him in in the final minute of the half where he can’t hurt the score anymore - perfect. keep him out as long as possible - that is the winning formula

The scrub comes in and gets fouled shooting a 3, what does he do? misses all 3 free-throws. Yet he will still be out there. The Heat have never had and will never have as bad and useless player as him.
