One of the reasons the Bengals are now going to sell naming rights at the stadium. As a small Market owner, who doesn't own a multi-million/Billion dollar business outside of owning a team - they need to find ways to be able to put that much in escrow for future guarantees, as required by the CBA.

Bengals have Higgins, Burrow, and Chase all coming due in the next few years.
