With the Knicks sliding and the Nuggets staying mediocre it was looking more and more like the first rounder the Raptors got for Bargnani was going to be for sure top-ten. Hopefully his replacement maintains current trends.

He's been a terrible head coach even considering he was a rookie coach coming into last year. You simply can't say "We don't draw up plays" and lose in the last couple of minutes of a lot of games, while sitting KP late and expect to keep your job.

Every time I read about a head coach being fired I expect it to be George Karl. Didn't see this coming, obviously they've sucked since he was hired but the roster has sucked also.

As bad as Fish's win % is, their interim coach is even worse. What do you do? If Thibs is truly the guy, do you go ahead and get him now or risk competing against other teams this summer? It's not like they have a first rounder to tank for. Tough to change coaching staffs midseason.
